The residential program runs on a fixed routine. Nothing in the day is left to chance — and that structure is part of the preparation itself.
Morning: fitness first
- 5:30 – 6:00 AM — wake up
- 6:00 – 7:00 AM — physical training
- Breakfast, then morning assembly at 8:15 AM
The academic day
Six teaching sessions run through the day, with breaks between them:
- Session 1 — 8:30 to 9:35 AM
- Session 2 — 9:40 to 10:45 AM
- Session 3 — 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM
- Session 4 — 12:00 to 1:00 PM
- Session 5 — 2:00 to 2:40 PM
- Session 6 — 2:40 to 3:20 PM
A study hour follows from 3:25 to 4:00 PM.

Afternoon and evening
- 4:10 – 5:30 PM — play hour and extra-curricular activities
- 6:00 – 7:00 PM — a test, followed by question-paper discussion
- 7:00 – 8:00 PM — call time, then dinner
- 8:00 – 9:00 PM — indoor playtime and book reading
- 9:30 PM — sleep
